Most people eat unhealthily, these days, (especially those who cannot say no to food), even those who are calorie counters because they do not always eat the correct foods anyway. The hungry horse type or person will even eat the out-of-date food from the refrigerator without batting an eyelid! We all seem to have an inbuilt desire to enjoy sweet, fattening foods.
